These classes have a life of there own, never the same. I follow the seasons, group energy and what ever I have been practicing and studying that week.
Drawn from many traditions, rituals and my teacher training, inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, clients are encouraged to play, let go and stay open minded.
Focusing on the breath we surrender to the pull of gravity, release tention, create length in the spine and allow the body to open up and explore freely.
£15.00 per session (please call in advance as places are limited)
